I don't like my TigerMamas cookies, can you refund me?

Yes, we offer a 30-Day Love At First Bite Guarantee. If your cookies were not what you imagined, please send us an email letting us know at info@tigermamasfoods.com. We’ll make it right and give you a full refund. Before you toss them, consider gifting them to a friend, family member, or local food pantry.

I changed my mind about the flavor of cookies I wanted, can I exchange my order for a different flavor?

We cannot accept product returns once an order has been shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us ASAP at info@tigermamasfoods.com to talk with a team member.

My order is incorrect or damaged, am I able to return it? 

If something is wrong with your order, please feel free to reach out to us by emailing info@tigermamasfoods.com. We will do our best to make it right!

Can my order be stopped and returned while in transit?

We are unable to stop a parcel once in transit.
